Service
Architecture is emotional. The experience of a space matters more than its specs. I photograph buildings so the people who commissioned them, designed them, and built them can show what the work feels like.
Audience
Architects and architecture firms. Interior designers. Custom home builders and developers. Boutique hotels and hospitality brands. Editorial and publications. If your work deserves more than a listing grid, this is the service.
What I photograph
Method
01
I scout the sun path, window direction, and how each material responds through the day. Camera position follows the light.
02
Establishing perspective. Emotional anchor. Texture detail. Transitional frame. Hero moment. Every shoot has rhythm.
03
No blown highlights. No crushed shadows. No cartoon HDR. Controlled contrast, layered depth, and color that stays true to the design intent.
04
Morning, golden hour, blue hour, twilight, and the seasons. Some frames only exist at one hour. I plan for it.
Deliverables
A curated set of finished images with a written license that states plainly what you may use them for and where. I keep the copyright. You receive a defined license after full payment. Licensing clarity is part of the service, not fine print.
Credentials
I am LEED accredited, FAA Part 107 certified, and hold a master's degree in sustainable tourism. I understand how a building performs, how it sits in its landscape, and how a hospitality space is meant to be experienced. That understanding decides what I frame.
Portfolio
See the portfolio for architecture, interior, commercial, and hospitality frames. Named client projects are added as each client's permission is confirmed.

Completed projects photograph best. Construction progress and documentation are handled through my studio, LEKKER Studios.
Real estate photography sells a listing quickly. Architectural photography documents design intent for the people who made the building, and it lives far longer than a listing.
Yes, when the license covers it. Tell me the intended uses and the license will state them.
